My personal corner of Saint Petersburg in Nice: dimmed lighting, a small bar, quiet conversations, tapas with wine, paintings by a local artist. You can eat raclette all year round. The only downside: lots of natural wine, and I personally love sulfites; so I ask for something less natural.
