I know they have opened a second address, but my heart remains on Rue Pastorelli. We start with a plain omelet, fresh arugula, and piping hot green tea. In a hurry? Café noisette and croissant on the terrace. Not in a hurry? Computer until noon, daily special, coffee, dessert, until the team kindly reminds you that the place is closing.

Ginette works particularly well for groups where no one wants the same thing: healthy, indulgent, vegetarian, brunch, pasta, burger… everyone usually ends up finding what they want without diplomatic negotiations.
