Edmond is often the answer to the question everyone asks themselves on Sunday morning: where to go for brunch without getting it wrong? Eggs Benedict, generous pancakes, New York cheesecake that immediately makes you want to regret everything you've already ordered before it... the place quickly found its place in the neighborhood. But if you ask me what I personally order, the answer is simple: the carrot cake. For me, it's quite simply the best in Nice. Yes, I know, it's a statement that can create debates. I stand by it. And more generally, if you like beautiful cakes, comforting desserts, and display cases that make any form of dietary discipline particularly complicated, go to Edmond. Even without brunch, the stop is worth the detour. A cozy, gourmet spot and exactly the type of address we are happy to see arrive in the neighborhood.
