About
Kubri is one of those addresses that shows just how modern and creative Lebanese cuisine can be without losing its identity. At the helm, Franco-Lebanese sisters Mayfrid and Ingrid Chehlaoui, with Franco-Lebanese chef Rita Higgins, offer generous cuisine designed around sharing. You order several mezzes, put everything in the middle of the table, and taste everything. It is colorful, delicious, full of spices, and above all perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends.
Recommended by the guide
Come as a group and share as many plates as possible: that is truly how I would enjoy Kubri. Rather than everyone ordering their own dish, get several mezzes for the table, add a large plate to share if you are still hungry, and also take a look at the Lebanese wines. If you are coming alone, the counter facing the kitchen is a very good option.
