Eme is the first address by Nazareno Mayol Curti and Mara Ballester. A very personal, precise, and expressive cuisine, where the chef's Uruguayan roots meet his experience in top establishments and his travels. The plates play a lot with contrasts in texture, temperature, acidity, sauces, and fire. The menu evolves constantly, so you come primarily to discover the chef's universe rather than looking for a specific dish.

I would simply say: let yourself be completely guided by the menu. Eme is truly a place where I would not advise coming with a specific dish in mind: the point is precisely to discover the succession imagined by the chef.
