Everyone kept telling me to go to Nuances, and I took my time. Then finally, the lunch: very beautiful, very refined, with the pleasure of guessing what you are eating. It's clearly an address to test in the evening, made for long, elegant dinners, without looking at the time.

Avoid looking at photos and menus before you go: you would kill half the concept. The real pleasure is tasting blind, being completely wrong about an ingredient... then starting over with the next dish. And if you like wine, the wine pairing works very well with the experience.
