For me, it is simply the best coffee in Paris. I love their latte and their cold brew, but I could almost come just for the food: their granola, apple cake, and pancakes are among my favorites in Paris. Behind Dreamin Man is a Japanese couple and a real attention to detail in everything they do. I should warn you, however: the service can sometimes be a bit particular. But personally, that doesn't stop me from going back again and again.

If it is your first time, don't just get a takeaway coffee: sit down for breakfast if you find a spot. Personally, I would have a latte or a cold brew with the granola, the pancakes, or the apple cake.
