At Aux Crus de Bourgogne, you come to find everything I love in true French bourgeoise cuisine: generous recipes, sauces, classic cooking techniques, and dishes that you see less and less elsewhere. Beef bourguignon, snails, pâté en croûte, quenelles, meats, and dishes with morels… The menu fully embraces tradition, in a setting that also seems to have transcended time. A true spot to find the Paris of bistros.

If you want to discover the place without committing to a grand dinner, look at the €32 weekly menu offered only at lunch. And for a first time ordering à la carte, I would really go for one of the house's great classics.
