I didn't know there was a cafe specializing in Vietnamese coffee in Nice. And then I discovered Cà Phê Kem, and I was ashamed to have missed it for so long. Hand brew, rare beans, the menu rotates based on arrivals. A serious cafe that doesn't pretend to be something it's not.
