About
Lissit is the kind of bistro I love: generous, gourmet, and deeply rooted in French tradition, but with enough personality to never feel predictable. Here, there is a real love for charcuterie and offal: terrines, pâtés en croûte, blood sausage, tripe, stuffed poultry… The menu changes, the plates are made to make you want to mop up every last drop, and everything goes perfectly with a bottle of natural wine.

If you like offal, go for it: this is definitely an address to keep in mind to discover offal-based and charcuterie-heavy cuisine that is much more personal than that of a classic bistro.
