Another address by Armand Crespo. The restaurant has been in Old Nice for years, but some places have this amazing ability to stay under your radar much longer than they should. Then one day, you go and wonder why you waited so long. Between its completely improbable pop art decor and its unique atmosphere, the address already has a lot of personality. But we come mainly for what's on the plate: perfectly executed artisanal pasta, a magnificent bourride, and this generous cuisine that immediately makes you want to come back. It's the kind of restaurant that doesn't try to follow trends. It simply does things its way, with character, taste, and a lot of mastery. And sometimes, that's exactly what we're looking for.
