I love the concept of a gastronomy that works as much with sea notes, fish, and shellfish as it does with vegetables, with great precision in the sauces, cooking techniques, and flavor pairings. The dining room is contemporary and very refined, and the wine cellar is impressive enough to make wine a true highlight of the experience.
